Rural Rising is a flagship initiative in United Way of Bengaluru, established in 2015. The initiative focuses on several issues affecting the quality of day-to-day lives of the rural population. It addresses some of the most critical issues faced by rural communities, which includes access to resources such as electricity, health, water and sanitation, early childhood care and education, economic mobility, and livelihood.
