He joined United Way Bengaluru as a volunteer towards the planning and implementation of Nandi Hillathon. Venkata Sudhakar Namala is a Finance Professional with specialization in the NGO sector. He holds a MBA-Finance from Osmania University, Hyderabad. Venkata has 19 Years of experience in the development sector in the domains of Finance, Accounts, Human Resources, Grants, Legal, compliance and Administration at both national and international organisations. Jyoti Gupta leads the Born Learning Campaign at the State level and is based in Bengaluru. She is also handles Bengaluru Urban Projects which include scholarships, skill development, women entrepreneurship and livelihood projects. She has a Masters degree in social work and has been a part of the social sector since 2006. She has worked on urban poverty, livelihood, women and child health and education issues etc at CAPART (a nodal agency of Ministry of Rural Development, Central Govt. of India), and other national NGOs. She is a certified Praxis India PRA trainer, and a Master Trainer of ASHAs. She is also a CAPART Master Trainer for Young Professionals. He began his career in the automobile industry and shifted to the development sector as a facilitator. VINOD P. R SR. MANAGER - FINANCE (PROJECTS) & ADMIN
Vinod is a commerce graduate from Bangalore University and has over seven years of experience with FCI, working in accounts and administration. After completing his ITI training, Vinod initially worked in the electronic and manufacturing industry. He has been an active volunteer in Kerala Saksharatha Mission’s level 1 and 2 programs to achieve 100 percent literacy.

She wishes to engage with and impact the lives of children aged 0-6 covered under the Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) program implemented by the government. DR SONALI SWAIN MANAGER (MONITORING AND EVALUATION)
Experienced Research Professional with a demonstrated history of working in the management consulting industry. Sonali is a highly motivated and a result oriented Management Professional with years of experience in strategy consulting and social consulting domain, Programme Management, Data analytics, Monitoring and Evaluation and Social Research (Extensively across Health, Nutrition, Education, Environment, Skill development, Livelihood, WASH, Gender Justice etc.). She is experienced in stakeholder liaisoning and working with government and line departments & ministries, has worked extensively with state government of Uttar Pradesh, Odisha, Madhya Pradesh and Karnataka. Munegowda CM drives the health-related interventions. He also works on educational-based projects at United Way Bengaluru. He comes with a solid 15 years of experience in the social impact sector. He is a qualified social worker with a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Kristu Jayanthi College in Bengaluru and has also completed a course on Health Promotion from the National Institute of Health and Family Welfare. Before United Way Bengaluru, he has worked in organizations including the Institute of Public Health, Bengaluru, Smile Foundation, etc.
Neethu Peter have completed Master of Arts-Corporate Social Responsibility from IGNOU, having around 14 Years of Professional experience and 9 years in the Development sector; Prior to United Way of Bengaluru she worked with Intel Technology Private Limited on CSR projects at state and national level; She has worked in different verticals like Municipal Solid Waste Management, Menstrual Health, and Rural Development.
Madhizhagan. M is a development professional with an experience of 24 years of in the field of inclusive rural and urban development. He started his career as a volunteer, grassroots worker, and grantmaker. He has worked with ADD India, CBM, DIN (short-term contract), and GASS in various capacities. With CBM-a Disability and Development organization he has served in various capacities for 17 years at South Asia Regional Office and managed programs and projects in India, Sri Lanka, Nepal, and Bangladesh.
Ajay has been with UWBe for 3 years and is responsible for community mobilization and implementation of Wake the Lake. Ajay had a Master’s degree in Political Science from Bangalore University.
