Vivek Nagarkatti is the Former President & Managing Director of Global e-Business Operations Pvt Ltd, a Hewlett-Packard company where he is responsible for managing the delivery of Hewlett Packard's Business Process Outsourcing business in India. His responsibilities include managing more than 6500 employees within operations and other support functions across multiple centers in Bangalore and Chennai.
Before returning to lead BPO India, Vivek had been working as the Global Account Delivery Manager, based out of Houston. In this customer-facing role, he headed the ADM functions for Controllership, Business Operations and the Commercial Accounts of BPO Delivery Centers.
Vivek is a Chartered Accountant, a Cost Accountant, a Company Secretary and has over 30 years post qualification experience during which time he headed the finance functions of large Indian corporates.
