Sriram V

Vice President  Head – Global Business Services, India  Hewlett-Packard 

Sriram is the head of GBS India and leads a team of about 8,500 employees covering Finance and Accounting, Human Resources, Supply Chain, Quote to Cash, Service Administration and Marketing support.  Sriram has been with HP for over 19 years in three different timeframes. He has worked in various positions such as Director of Supply Chain Operations in GBS and as Director, Trade BPO for the Asia Pacific Japan region.

Sriram played a key leadership role in setting up the Chennai center for HP GBS operations and established several GBS verticals.  Sriram has a rich, multi-faceted experience of over 30 years covering almost all organizational aspects such as customer support, business development, manufacturing, software operations and BPO delivery. He has provided leadership in six business start ups and in managing large workgroups in IT and ITES industries.  

With his deep knowledge of the BPO industry, coupled with his long experience in driving both process and service excellence, Sriram is a key leader in driving the HP GBS vision of becoming a trusted business partner of the customer.
